I have been in the Real Estate business since 1982. I have experienced many aspects of this business and have a vast amount of knowledge of how to market and sell. I am also extremely honest and straightforward.

Before living in the Adirondacks, I was in the real estate business in East Hampton, Long Island. I was first licensed in Utah for a year working and living in Park City. I came back to East Hampton, NY, schooled again and obtained my NY license. In 1984 I was the on-site Real Estate Broker for a high end, unique, separate home, condominium project in East Hampton called “The Georgica Estates”.  I helped buyers by laying out new floor plans, placement of electrical outlets, telephone jacks and whatever it took to help sell the project. When I sold out “The Georgica Estates” I went to work for Sotheby's International Real Estate. While in East Hampton I invested in a couple of homes, had them renovated and then summer rented. I sold them to move to my cabin which I’ve owned for many years on the Hudson River here in Newcomb.

After moving here in 1997, I’ve taken a great deal of interest in this beautiful park.

​

The experience as a former president and board member of the “Newcomb Chamber of Commerce” has given me great insight into how the business community is striving to succeed in the Park.

​

My membership in the “Adirondack Mountain Club” expanded my knowledge of the park in another way.

​

I support the efforts of the “Nature Conservancy”, the “Open Space Institute” and the "Adirondack Architectural Heritage" here in the park.

​

I was a part of the group instrumental in saving and restoring the Mt Adams Fire Tower.

​

I purchased land in Goodnow Flow and was happy to be a member which includes a beautiful private lake, wild leased lands, and now borders on acres and acres of State land. (Essex Chain of Lakes)

With my experience in the many phases of the real estate business, I am able to assist you in selling and finding a home. I will help connect you to this beautiful sacred place.
